Elir temple The obverse in the upper central part of the mirror field there is a relief image of the emblem of the Bank of Abkhazia, under it there is an inscription in the Abkhaz language “Apsny Abank”, over the emblem in a semicircle the inscriptions indicate the coin value of 1 apsar, on the right side there is the brand name and the name of the mint. In the lower part of the coin on the matte field there are relief inscriptions in small print “Аpsny Аbank” in five lines and the year of minting “2016” is indicated. Elir temple The reverse depicts the Elir Church of St. George. On the left there is the image of the sacrificial bull and the tip of the "punishing arrow" - aphyrkh. On the circumference there is an inscription in the Abkhaz language there is “Elyr Church of St. George” In the lower part - under the image of the cathedral the dates of construction are indicated.

From the front and back of the coins around the circumference there is a protruding edging.

The side surface of the coin is corrugated.
